Real Estate Sale Transactions down by 9.24% Y-O-Y to 52,621 through September 2012

The real estate sector exhibited some signs of improvement during the month of September 2012, with the number of real estate transactions rising to 6,610, up from 5,809 transactions in August. On a cumulative basis, however, the number of real estate transactions fell by 9.24% y-o-y to 52,621 up to the third quarter of 2012 down from 57,976 during the same period last year.

تحسّن أداء القطاع العقاريّ في لبنان خلال شهر أيلول من العام 2012 حيث إرتفع عدد المعاملات العقاريّة إلى 6,610 معاملة مقارنةً مع 5,809 معاملة خلال شهر آب. أمّا على صعيد سنوي، فقد إنخفض عدد المعاملات العقاريّة بنسبة 9.24% إلى 52,621 معاملة مع نهاية الأشهر التسعة الأولى من العام2012 مقارنةً مع 57,976 معاملة عقاريّة سجّلت خلال الفترة نفسها من العام 2011.
